Instructor

Fernanda Marques has been dancing since the age of 2 and competitively since the age of 8. She continued competitive dance until she graduated at age 18. She continued dance in college after making the prestigious University of Delaware Dance Team and she was with them for the 2020-2021 season her freshman year. 

Miss Fernanda started student teaching at her hometown studio at the age of 16 and assisting with competition at the age of 17. Her last year at her hometown studio she had the honor of having her own recreational class to teach! 

As a dancer, Fernanda is known for her work ethic, determination, leadership, and resilience. She has been awarded  numerous titles at Competition, overall placements, and multiple scholarships and awards. Fernanda has always been known to be a great teammate and leader. 

Miss Fernanda is so excited to keep dancing and inspiring younger dancers at Fierce and she is so happy to be a part of this family!
