Cheyanna Sullivan started dancing at the age of 3 where she began her training at Center Stage Dance and Theater School in East Brunswick, NJ. She trained in their jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, and lyrical competition teams from the age of 5 up until she was 17. She graduated in 2009 and was accepted into University of the Arts in Philadelphia as a Dance major. There, she had the opportunity to work with teachers and choreographers working in the professional world from New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. She then added training in Classical Modern, Flamenco, Heels, and Aerial on top of her previous training.
She declared herself a Jazz Dance Major in her junior year and began working with companies such as Koresh, Complexions, and Philadanco. She earned her BFA in Dance Performance in 2013 and immediately began teaching and choreographing for competitive teams at two dance studios. She also became a dance director at a high school in New Jersey. She now has spread her choreography and teachings to Pennsylvania and Delaware where she plans to continue her journey as a choreographer and an artist.
